What you’ll need to succeed?

• Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children
• To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above (as well as your English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills)
• Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
• Strong communication skills and a team player
