Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) for Berryfields Day Nursery in Aylesbury. The role is permanent with 20-40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with varied shifts from 07:30 to 18:30 and the option of a 2-5 day week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the EYFS to plan and implement high-quality, engaging activities.
• Safeguarding responsibilities to ensure every child feels safe and well.
• Strong collaboration with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement learning activities that promote progress through play.
• Observe, assess and record children's development.
• Work as Key Person to support individual learning and well-being.
