Farleigh School in Andover is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our expanding nursery ahead of January 2027. You will work with the Nursery Manager and team to deliver a safe, nurturing early years provision in line with the EYFS and safeguarding standards.

The role offers a 40-hour week over a 4-day rota (Mon-Fri flexibility), with a 40+ week year and potential alternative patterns. We value proactive early years professionals who can plan stimulating activities, observe

Qualifications

• Relevant NVQ level 3 qualification or above.
• Grade 4 or 5 English and Maths GCSEs or equivalent level 2 functional skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS.
• Maintain learning journeys, observe progress and record accurately.
• Act as Key Person for a group of children and build relationships with families.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursery team and contribute to planning and meetings.
