Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking Qualified Nursery Practitioners for flexible supply work across various nurseries in the area. You will deliver engaging early years activities and support children individually or in small groups within a positive and inclusive environment.

You’ll join a responsive team with a dedicated consultant guiding onboarding, compliance and ongoing assignments, plus flexible booking via an online app and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 Qualification (Essential)
• Proven experience in nursery/early years settings
• Strong classroom management and group engagement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Genuine passion for early education and child development

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive early learning experiences.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child thrives.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support for children needing extra guidance.
• Manage day-to-day nursery dynamics and maintain strong child engagement.
