Partou Beech Green Day Nursery & Pre-school in Aylesbury is seeking a Level 2 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to fill the 15 hours per week Lunchtime Cover Assistant role. You will help children engage in activities aligned with the EYFS and support learning and development.

In this supportive lunchtime position you will maintain a safe, inclusive environment, collaborate with colleagues and families, and provide reliable cover during lunch breaks, contributing to a smooth nursery

Salary £12.89 per hour

About The Role

Partou Beech Green Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Level 2 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the flexible 15 hours per week role of Lunchtime Cover Assistant. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will provide exceptional care and compassion towards the children, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families. You’ll play a key role in supporting our nursery team, stepping in to provide cover while our staff enjoy their well-deserved lunch break. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the bustling energy of a nursery setting and thrives in a supportive role.
