Are you passionate about early childhood education? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our warm and welcoming, purpose-built nursery in the heart of Strood!

Responsibilities
  • Support fun, creative, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
  • Observe and track children’s development, sharing insights with the lead educator
  • Encourage positive social interactions and communication
  • Assist with mealtimes, changing, and nap routines
  • Work closely with a supportive team to plan and deliver enriching experiences
Qualifications
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience in an Early Years setting
  • SEN experience is a big plus!
  • Strong understanding of EYFS
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive
