Qualified Lawyer - Residential Conveyancing - Cheltenham - 3+ Years PQE

Location: Cheltenham

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

A modern and fast-growing law firm is seeking a Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team in Cheltenham. The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • New build transactions and complex residential matters
  • Supervising and supporting junior members of staff
  • Delivering high-quality client service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Using modern case management systems and technology to enhance service delivery
Candidate Requirements
  • 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Confidence in managing a full caseload independently
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Comfort using digital case management systems and openness to adopting new technology
