Job summary

JobMatcha are recruiting a fully qualified Electrician to join our fast-growing, multi-award-winning electrical contracting team either as a contractor or on a full time-employed basis. The role covers fire alarms, renewables and EV projects, and offers opportunities to learn new technologies.

You will conduct domestic and commercial electrical work, install EV charging points and solar PV, perform maintenance, diagnose issues and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified in electrical installation.
• Qualification in Inspecting and Testing.
• Experience with Fire Alarms, EV charging points and/or solar PV systems is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct domestic and commercial electrical work as required.
• Install EV charging points and solar PV systems at residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during and after installation.
• Work will be carried out locally and on projects across the UK.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
