Working arrangements

Bury MHST operates as a hybrid team. While there is a desk available at Bury CAMHS for printing and admin, staff can also use facilities at other PCFT locations. The team does not have a shared office and are based in schools four days per week. For admin, supervision, or team meetings, staff can typically work from a location of their choice, such as home or a PCFT venue. We do have three away days per year and other face to face opportunities.

Despite the challenges of not being physically together, we have successfully built a positive culture through online and other means, which one member of the team described as working "like magic."
