Thrive will support your professional development in the Early Years Industry and you will cover holidays as needed, delivering consistent, high-quality care for families in Glasgow area.

Qualifications

• Assist with learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop.
• To have an engaging and energetic personality.
• Covering holidays and help provide staff cover whilst gaining on the job experience!
• Provide effective care and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children.

Responsibilities

• Join a highly skilled, and passionate team in providing amazing care to our wonderful children.
• Support staff cover during holidays and absences to ensure continuous high-quality care.
