Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited in Flackwell Heath is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our childcare team. The role is based on 40 hours per week with a salary up to £30k depending on experience and qualifications.

You will work with children in an early years setting, applying EYFS principles, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards while building positive relationships with children and families. Flexible working and supportive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
