Toddler Town - Private Nursery and Pre-School in Wallingford is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to support the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing setting.

You will plan and deliver activities, monitor progress, and work with colleagues to maintain high safety and hygiene standards while developing leadership skills. Four days per week with full employment benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and child development stages.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Management and leadership abilities to guide team members effectively.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification is required/desirable.
• Valid driving licence is advantageous for transportation duties.
• Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours.

• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support children's needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to childcare provision.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate, level 3 in childcare qualified, Early Years Practitioners to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of young children within a nurturing and stimulating environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in childcare or early childhood education to make a positive impact on children's lives while developing their management and leadership skills. A valid driving licence is desirable to facilitate transportation needs related to the role.
