Twizzle Tops in Stevenage invites applications for a Level 3 Early Years Educator. You will deliver high-quality care and education for 2-4 year olds, supporting development within the EYFS framework and working closely with the Room Leader and Nursery Manager.

The role emphasizes play-based, child-led learning, safeguarding, and strong teamwork to create a warm, inclusive environment for every child and family.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences.
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues.

The Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our nursery team at Twizzle Tops The Willows.

As a Level 3 Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting children’s learning and development, and creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

You will work closely with your Room Leader and Nursery Manager, contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday routines.
