Job summary

Kids Planet Ainsdale in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our small, caring team. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting children to thrive and develop confidence daily.

You’ll work with a supportive central team and access training through KP Academy, while benefiting from a friendly, inclusive workplace culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Strong understanding of EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care and education in line with EYFS, meeting the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborate with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through open communication.
