Job summary

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse to join our Dental Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role will be based at The Royal London Dental Hospital, Whitechapel, with duties across Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Paediatrics and Restorative postgraduate programmes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion, be well organised, follow infection prevention and control standards, work well in a team, and use initiative.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Dental Nursing qualification.
• GDC registration is mandatory.
• Experience as a Qualified Dental Nurse is preferred.
• Role spans multiple disciplines: Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Paediatrics & Restorative postgraduate programmes.
• On-site role at The Royal London Dental Hospital, Whitechapel.

Responsibilities

• Support Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Paediatrics & Restorative Postgraduate programmes.
• Operate as an integral member of the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control standards and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with consultants, specialist dentists and postgraduate staff.
