We’re Hiring: Qualified Dental Nurse – Join Our Growing Team!

Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Pay £13.50–£16.50 per hour (DOE) in a modern dental practice in Poynton. We specialise in endodontics, periodontics, and implants and are expanding.

We’re a well‑established, modern dental practice in Poynton with exciting plans for expansion. Our clinical team includes a dentist with special interests in endodontics, periodontics, and implants, and we are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive environment.

The Role

As a Dental Nurse you’ll work closely alongside our special interest clinician (hands‑on training provided) and support the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Chairside support during specialist procedures (endo, perio, implants)
  • Overseeing and maintaining compliance logs (CQC, HTM 01‑05, audits)
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Creating and refining clinical systems and workflows
  • Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring junior nursing staff
  • Playing a hands‑on role in developing a practice known for quality and patient care
Working Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Weekend work only for private implant, smile makeover, or cosmetic dentistry cases (pre‑booked, special interest appointments – no general routine weekend clinics). £13.50–£16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • GDC‑registered dental nurse
  • Experience in specialist procedures (or willingness to learn)
  • Organised, proactive, and confident leader of a team
  • Excellent understanding of compliance and infection control
  • A positive, solutions‑focused attitude and strong communication skills
  • Prior leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential
