We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dental nurse who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

The Role

As a Dental Nurse at Levenmouth Dental Spa, you will work closely with our dentists and wider clinical team to ensure the smooth running of our surgeries and provide a high standard of care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing effective chairside assistance to dentists and clinicians.
• Preparing surgeries and equipment before and between patients.
• Supporting clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures.
• Providing a friendly and reassuring experience for patients.
• Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control.
• Following practice policies and relevant clinical procedures.
• Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments in accordance with current guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate and appropriate patient records.
• Preparing materials and equipment required for treatment.
• Ensuring surgeries are clean, tidy and appropriately stocked.
• Supporting the wider dental team with the smooth running of the practice.
• Maintaining professional standards in accordance with GDC requirements.
