Overview

Role DescriptionQualified Dental Nurse
Location: Brackley House Dental, Farnworth.
Hours: 26 hours per week.
Salary: £13.20 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • As a Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key role looking after every patient and supporting your dentist.
  • Work with an understanding of Private, NHS and UDA treatments, and knowledge of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities to set high standards for the team and patients.
  • Deliver patient care with clinical freedom to choose the right solution for each patient while maintaining teamwork within the surgery.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and influencing skills to help the practice achieve care quality and performance goals.
  • Support the dentists by understanding Private and NHS dentistry, offering treatment options to patients, and driving surgery efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and act as a role model to Trainee/Apprentice Nurses, buddying them through induction and providing extra support as they learn.
  • Demonstrate full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities and maintain ongoing CPD and professional development.
