Salary and Training

Salary Hourly Paid, £16.00 p/h. Pay rate during training of £16.00 per hour. Shift patterns of any 4 or 5 days in a week.

Our Northampton depot

At our Northampton depot, we operate a fleet of over 100 buses covering the areas of Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Daventry and Wellingborough, with a team of around 280 drivers. This isn’t just about driving a bus—it’s about making a difference every day. You’ll be a friendly face in someone’s day, offering a warm welcome, answering questions, and helping people feel safe and supported on their journey.

• You need to be 18 years old and hold a PCV licence.
