Job Title: QTS Primary Teacher

Location: Warwickshire - B78 3RQ

Pay rate: £110 to £160 per day (Depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking to appoint experienced and confident Primary Teachers to work in caring and well‑established schools in Warwickshire (B78 3RQ). We are seeking committed individuals who can bring energy, good classroom practice and a positive approach to teaching.

Main Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

• Deliver well‑structured lessons in line with curriculum expectations.
• Support pupils’ learning needs and encourage independent thinking.
• Provide ongoing assessment, progress checks and feedback.
• Ensure lessons are inclusive and enjoyable for all children.
• Work in partnership with colleagues and contribute to school life.
• Promote a safe and respectful classroom environment.

What We Require:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
• Previous UK classroom experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning across primary year groups.
• Ability to tailor teaching for children with mixed abilities.
• Professional communication and organisational skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Two recent references.
• Enhanced DBS registered with the update service, or willingness to apply.
