Overview

QTS Art Teacher - Required for a very successful secondary school in Leicester. Are you a passionate and creative educator with a flair for inspiring young minds through art? We are looking for someone who can teach Art and Design in Key stage 3 & 4. This role involves teaching a diverse range of art methods and techniques, including painting, drawing, and sculpting, to students in grades 7-12. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping students express their thoughts and emotions through their artwork, developing classroom projects that align with curriculum requirements, and potentially covering subjects like animation, art history, art appreciation, advertising design, cinematography, sculpture, fashion design, fibres and textiles, printmaking, multicultural art/folk art, and lettering/calligraphy.
