We represent a well-established manufacturing business based in the Dagenham area, currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and maturity. They are looking to appoint an experienced QSHE Systems Manager to take full ownership of their Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental management systems across the business.
This is a senior, hands‑on role, reporting into the Senior Quality & Compliance Manager, and will suit someone who is equally comfortable leading audits, influencing stakeholders and getting involved at an operational level.
As QSHE Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the company’s Business Management System (BMS), ensuring ongoing compliance with industry standards and certifications. You will lead all internal and external audits, act as the main point of contact for certification bodies and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
