Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental performance, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Manage workload, staff development, and departmental expenditure.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on QHSE matters.
• Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (ISO9001).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
• Lead problem-solving activities and manage NCRs and warranty claims.
• Oversee internal, supplier, and customer audits.
