Take charge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) strategy in a high-tech, precision-driven manufacturing environment. This is a senior leadership role with real influence — shaping systems, teams, and culture toward operational excellence.

  • Electronics background – familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes and standards (e.g. IPC).

  • Strategic leadership – confident influencing business direction and aligning quality initiatives with company objectives.

  • International mindset – comfortable travelling globally to support audits, customer visits, and supplier assessments.

  • Multilingual advantagea second language (ideally French) is highly desirable for collaboration.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop QHSE systems ensuring full compliance.

  • Manage quality assurance and control, ensuring processes are robust and efficient.

  • Conduct risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations.

  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.

  • Track and improve KPIs, documentation, and audit performance.

  • Partner with production and engineering teams to deliver consistent quality.
