Pay: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00
Location: Gloucester

Job Description
  • Lead and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and external audits
  • Coordinate risk assessments and implement corrective actions across all areas
  • Conduct internal audits to identify improvements and ensure compliance
  • Lead investigations into hazards, near misses and accidents, driving root‑cause actions
  • Deliver QHSE training and promote a strong, proactive safety and quality culture
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
  • Strong QHSE background within manufacturing
  • ISO 9001 auditing experience and solid quality exposure
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Proven experience in accident investigation and EHS processes
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and training capability
