Salary: C. £55- £60k + annual bonus + car

As QHSE Manager, you’ll lead Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental initiatives across two key manufacturing sites (Corby & Wetherby). This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving compliance, continuous improvement, and embedding a safety‑first culture. You’ll be hands‑on, influential, and able to engage teams at all levels, leading by example and embed best practices across both locations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic and operational QHSE leadership, ideally across multi‑site operations, and a commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe workplace.
