Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QHSE Manager or Quality Manager in heavy manufacturing.
• Strong technical exposure to welding processes and standards.
• Confident communicator able to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Oversee non-conformance reporting and continuous improvement.
