Qualifications

Job Overview

The QHSE / Environmental Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all operations. This role will support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe, sustainable, and high-performing workplace.

Main Duties
  • Implement and maintain QHSE policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Support staff in understanding emergency procedures and safe work practices.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to assess compliance.
Sub Contractor Management
Environmental
  • Oversee waste management and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure operations meet environmental regulations and promote best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent in Health & Safety.
  • Environmental Management qualification (e.g., IEMA or similar). Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and auditing processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in facilities management, is preferred.
