We're looking for a proactive QHSE Coordinator to join our Assurance and Process Excellence (APEX) team. You'll play a key role in supporting and improving our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across multiple sites. What You'll Do

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and internal audit programmes
  • Manage audit outputs, corrective actions, and maintain accurate records
  • Administer document management systems and compliance reporting
  • Support training programmes, safety communications, and Net Zero initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and contribute to ISO certification enhancements
  • Act as a point of contact for health and safety queries and promote a positive safety culture
Qualifications
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
  • Experience in Health & Safety coordination or administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable
  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
