About the role

B2C2 is a fast paced, high tech environment that handles an array of different products including: crypto and fiat spot, futures, forwards, CFDs, loans, and novel crypto products. In an environment where balance sheet optimisation significantly drives company performance, efficient treasury management is crucial. This role is a unique opportunity to design and build the workflows and systems of our treasury management function. B2C2's Treasury function is London-based.

This role is based in our London office, with the option to work remotely once a week.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and maintain best-in-class Transfer Pricing systems for multiple firmwide resources, allowing efficient and fair allocations to competing internal trading desks and counterparty obligations
  • Develop broad Treasury analytics - including ALM, balance sheet utilisation, inventory pricing, and risk limit pricing and utilisation - to optimise performance
  • Automate inventory management workflows to improve efficiency and maximise P&L whilst managing Liquidity Risk
  • Work closely with Trading, Research, Operations and Tech to ensure smooth 24/7 trading - firmwide trading is reliant upon robust Transfer Pricing
  • 1y+ plan: Grow the team, via hiring and managing additional Quant Developers and Developers
Required Skills and experience
  • 4-8 years quantitative development experience
  • Experience of treasury management concepts, including ALM
  • Strong knowledge of OOP programming language (python and java strongly preferred)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills - a demonstrated ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment and handle pressure in such an environment
  • Mental curiosity to solve Treasury related problems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with intuition for risk and opportunity
  • Highly determined individual, with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Demonstration of honesty, integrity, and good reputation
  • Completed university degree in a numerical subject
