Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented QC Technician to join their production facility in Birmingham. The role involves setting up packaging equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment and a High School Diploma. This full-time position offers a pay of £10-12 per hour and a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented QC Technician to join our production facility in Birmingham.

Location: Birmingham, UK (Onsite)

Pay: £10-12 per hour

Contract Duration: 12 Months (potential for extension)

Schedule: Full‑Time, 40 hours/week. Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production: Set up and run the equipment used for packaging and labeling products.
  • Quality Checks: Perform inspections during production and on finished items to ensure everything meets quality standards.
  • Accurate Records: Complete essential paperwork, including Batch Records, to track the manufacturing history of every product.
  • Operations Support: Help with general production tasks and understand the process flow within the facility.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing, production, or laboratory environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
