Qualifications

• BSc/MSc degree in life sciences (P) or significant relevant industry experience.
• Experience in GMP regulations relevant to Quality Control.
• Strong leadership and mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC Operations across multiple shifts and ensure timely QC results.
• Oversee batch certification and data review processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives within QC.
• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory CMC, and production for compliance and throughput.
• Maintain inspection readiness of QC laboratory and readiness for audits.
