Location: Manchester, UK
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm (Some flexibility needed)

The Role:

As QC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across the product lines. You will lead and manage a team of 4 skilled QC Analysts, steering the strategic direction of the QC department while remaining actively involved in hands-on day-to-day lab activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the QC team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement QC strategies to meet business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Perform hands‑on testing, including HPLC and other relevant techniques, when required to support the team during peak times.
