Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QC laboratory within chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with GC, HPLC, FTIR, Karl Fischer, and titration techniques.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members within a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the QC laboratory, ensuring production demands are met.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing QC Analysts to ensure high performance.
• Reviewing analytical data to identify trends or anomalies and implementing corrective actions.
• Developing, improving, and validating analytical methods.
