Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Quality Control Analyst in the UK to join our GMP‑aligned lab team, testing packaging, raw materials and bulk product to meet specifications. The role involves wet chemistry and QC testing in a fast-paced environment, with duties split between the Goods in Warehouse and the main QC Lab, and requires accuracy and teamwork.

Degree in Science, Chemistry preferred but not required; experience in a laboratory and proficiency with MS Office are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Test packaging, raw materials and bulk product against specifications set by R&D in a fast-paced environment.
• Split time between Goods in Warehouse receipt testing and main QC Lab for final bulk testing.
• Perform wet chemistry and related QC assays (e.g., mean weights, Karl Fischer, FTIR, HPLC, GC).
• Maintain lab cleanliness and organisation; support the team as needed.
