Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a QC Analyst on a fixed-term, full-time basis to join our fast-moving quality control laboratory. You will contribute analytical services to support diverse manufacturing operations and interact with QA Production, Engineering and Planners to ensure timely batch releases.

The role requires a science degree (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred) and hands-on experience with HPLC/Empower.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred).
• Operational experience of quality laboratories in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Detailed knowledge of quality management systems, pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, cGLP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage projects to plan/budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical chemistry services and support to Site and manufacturing operations.
• Interact with QA Production, Engineering and Planners on raw materials, intermediates and finished batch releases.
• Maintain, update and issue chemical methods, specifications and SOPs in line with pharmacopoeial and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with training of analysts in methods, SOPs and updates.
• Trend results, record on COA, and complete OOS investigations timely.
