Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a QC Analyst for a 6-month contract in Swindon. The role focuses on inspecting and labeling finished product batches and performing testing to support commercial batch release.

You will drive 5S in QC, manage deviations, CAPAs, and maintain regulatory compliance across laboratory systems. The successful candidate should have a scientific degree, hands-on cGxP lab experience, and knowledge of HPLC and Empower.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in a cGxP laboratory environment.
• Working knowledge of HPLC and Empower.
• Experience with method development, troubleshooting and validation.
• Familiarity with particle size technologies is advantageous.
• Experience in investigations and SOP writing.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance understanding.
• Data integrity across laboratory systems.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Confidence in training junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and label finished product batches for release.
• Perform testing to support commercial batch release.
• Drive 5S in the QC environment.
• Manage QC metrics, deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Write and review SOPs and technical reports.
• Prepare COAs, cleaning certificates and validation protocols.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across systems.
• Support investigations and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist training of junior team members.
• Collaborate with QC and other departments.
