Job summary

Global Project Services is seeking a QA Tester to validate features, enhancements, and integrations within the EVOX platform and related apps. You will work with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and end users to ensure releases meet requirements and quality standards.

The role involves functional, regression and system testing, UAT support, and contributing to QA processes while advocating quality across the delivery cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software QA testing for web-based applications.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage defects, work items and test activities.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of web applications developed in C# and .NET Core.
• Validate functionality against business and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing prior to release.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Produce clear and concise test evidence and defect reports.
