Job summary

SGS is seeking a QA Technician based onsite in Livingston for a fixed term until December 2027. The role focuses on driving QA across products, with duties including inspections and data input, ensuring standards are met.

Ideal candidate will have HACCP and food hygiene knowledge, experience in large depots, and proficiency with Excel and warehouse systems. Salary up to £32,000 DOE, with a benefits package and bonus.

Qualifications

• HACCP knowledge and food hygiene certifications.
• Temperature legislation, equipment and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted product inspections across own label products to ensure they deliver to the agreed specifications.
• Conduct Depot Hygiene Audits at established frequencies.
• Conduct sampling of products to assess taste profile across a wide range of food categories.
• Inputting data and analysis into unique computer systems.
