QA Team Lead

In this role, you’ll lead a team of QA/System Testers, set the vision for what “good testing” looks like, drive best practices across the business, define test strategies, frameworks, and plans, collaborate with product and technology teams, and ensure robust, scalable solutions are delivered. You’ll act as the advocate for quality, mature our testing capability, introduce automation where it adds value, oversee system and security testing reviews, and present clear, actionable test results to stakeholders. You’ll shape the approach for upcoming projects while balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on technical oversight.

Qualifications

• Solid test management background in a fast‑paced business; experience with multiple testing technologies
• Defining test strategies including test approach, data management and environments
• Functional test planning, preparation and execution, including experience with test design techniques
• Managing and executing non‑functional tests such as load, penetration, and UI testing
• Leading and managing a distributed team of test analysts
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery processes
• Working knowledge of source configuration management and defect tracking systems
• Strong functional understanding of common retail and e‑commerce systems
• Confident presenter, capable of delivering workshops and presentations
