In this role, you’ll lead a team of QA/System Testers, set the vision for what “good testing” looks like, drive best practices across the business, define test strategies, frameworks, and plans, collaborate with product and technology teams, and ensure robust, scalable solutions are delivered. You’ll act as the advocate for quality, mature our testing capability, introduce automation where it adds value, oversee system and security testing reviews, and present clear, actionable test results to stakeholders. You’ll shape the approach for upcoming projects while balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on technical oversight.
