Qualifications

• Experience within the food industry, Technical and Quality preferable.
• Ability to handle major retailers, especially M&S and Tesco.
• Can communicate confidently across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring CCPs, OPRPs, and QCP performance.
• Support QA Manager during external audits.
• Ensure environmental swabbing and testing are done frequently.
• Manage QA team members and their performance.
