Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company based in East Lindsey is looking for a QA Supervisor. This permanent position involves monitoring quality processes, maintaining KPIs, and supporting the QA Manager during audits. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of food legislation. A degree in Food Science is preferred. Qualifications

  • Experience within the food industry, technical and quality preferable.
  • Experience managing major retailers, particularly M&S and Tesco.
  • Knowledge of food legislation and allergen information.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate and monitor Performance of CCPs, OPRPs, and QCP.
  • Support QA Manager during audits; maintain departmental KPIs.
  • Conduct internal audits and document findings.
