Qualifications

  • Ability to align test strategy with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of agile/Scrum delivery, CI/CD integration, and quality governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a QA strategy that supports business goals and regulatory expectations.
  • Improve and standardise QA processes across multiple workstreams.
  • Embed quality through collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX teams.
  • Define test approaches and governance standards to enhance delivery confidence.
  • Champion continuous improvement within Scrum teams.
