QA Specialist – Food Manufacturing

Location: North East Lincolnshire

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-time, permanent, 5 days on site, 6-2pm

I am supporting a leading food manufacturer in the seafood sector who are looking to add an experienced QA Specialist to their growing technical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of HACCP, BRC, and GMPprinciples to join a forward-thinking business committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain quality systems across all stages of production
  • Carry out routine inspections, audits, and sampling
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards
  • Support traceability, documentation, and product specifications
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements
  • Deliver training and guidance on hygiene, food safety, and quality procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in QA or Technical roleswithin food manufacturing
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working in chilled production areas
