Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust's Pharmacy Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team invites you to join the Bristol Royal Infirmary as a Releasing Officer for sterile and non-sterile medicines. You will oversee the Quality Control Laboratory and support regulatory compliance in a collaborative environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional out-of-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with release of sterile and non-sterile medicinal products.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Release medicines from the QC laboratory under supervision.
• Provide QA/QC technical support to manufacturing services.
• Support investigations, environmental monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to maintaining patient safety and product quality.
