Job description

Overview

CSS is currently recruiting Quality Assurance Technician (QA) for a frozen food company based in Boston. This is a full time temp to perm position.

Shift and Compensation

Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 8h rotation: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am. Shifts rotate on a weekly basis.

Pay rate is £13.96 per hour. Overtime paid after 40h. Overtime rate is 1.5 x basic rate. Paid break.

Qualifications

• Product quality inspection experience
• A thorough understanding of Quality Assurance principles
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow raw material and packed product specifications
• Food safety/HACCP knowledge
• Good communication skills
• The candidate must have flexible work approach as there will be some ad hoc duties, work on production line and cleaning required at times
