Job summary

Proserv is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to provide proactive QA/QC and inspection support across multiple departments at the Skene facility. The role focuses on verifying conformity of materials, components and documentation against specified requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include visual inspections, compiling QA packs, witnessing pressure tests, and ensuring records are up to date. You will work with procurement, engineering and workshop teams to maintain quality and

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical quality inspection and supplier control.
• Knowledge of QC operations and ISO 9001 experience.
• Able to use measuring tools and read technical drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Engineering background or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Proserv quality procedures and instructions.
• Perform visual inspection of equipment prior to loadout and release.
• Prepare and compile QA documentation packs.
• Inspect and witness workshop pressure testing and verifications.
• Review documentation packs before final release of equipment.
• Inspect procured components against requirements and standards.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment.
• Support continual improvement of QHSE standards and practices.
• Liaise with engineering on technical reviews and concessions.
• Ensure proper protection and packaging of components for transfer.
