Summary

Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional ready to lead a high‑performing team in a highly regulated manufacturing environment? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational plans to ensure smooth QA function across all departments.
• Oversee compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory standards.
• Manage internal audits, external inspections, and quality risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness and staff competence.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to optimise quality outcomes and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Degree‑qualified in a scientific discipline (e.g., microbiology, biology, biomedical sciences) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, GMP/GDP principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in leading audits, managing CAPAs, and interpreting quality metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, LIMS, and Microsoft Office.
