Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies is seeking a QA Inspection Team Lead to guide our QA team and ensure components meet strict quality standards. You will lead the department, drive continuous improvement, and maintain health and safety across activities while collaborating with Production Control to meet priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, GD&T expertise, and experience with inspection reporting and NCR handling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams across locations and driving performance.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and capability to interpret measurement results.
• Experience with inspection processes, NCR handling and quality data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a collaborative, high-performing QA team within the department and wider business.
• Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety across all activities.
• Ensure team members have the tools, equipment and environment needed to work effectively.
• Identify and develop team capability, ensuring the right skills are in place across shifts.
• Work closely with Production Control to deliver priorities and ensure smooth progression of parts.
• Support efficient department performance and on-time delivery to internal customers.
• Provide clear updates on performance, issues and risks within the department.
• Ensure components meet required specifications (dimensional, material, revision and processes).
• Liaise with engineering to resolve issues, raising and progressing non-conformances as needed.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within business systems (e.g. inspection reports, NCRs).
• Drive continuous improvement and support efficiency initiatives.
• Promote clear communication and alignment within the team and with key stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant working environment.
