Job summary

KAISPE, a London-based technology company, is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of its software applications. You will design test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field, proven QA experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of web and software applications.
• Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the development team.
• Participate in code reviews, requirement discussions, and sprint planning when required.
• Help establish and improve QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test results, defects, and QA activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.
